The Rosum Joven is a Young red wine elaborated by BORESL winery in the Spanish D.O. TORO (Zamora) from a coupage of 85% Tempranillo (called Tinta de Toro in the area) and 15% of Grenache. The Rosum Joven is a young red wine with 14,5% Alc., elaborated from grapes grown on poor and low performance soils but that produce grapes with high flavour and sugar concentration, from where great intensity wines are obtained.
VIEW: The Rosum Joven offers a really high intensity red cherry color, nearly blue, with Violet rim and a médium size and drop tear that colours the glass.
NOSE: In the Rosum Joven stand out red fruits scents as strawberry and raspberry and a little spicy bottom.
TASTE: The Rosum joven has a fresh but powerful and plenty of flavour attack, wiith a medium acidity, a noticeable tannin and a fruity retro-nose that lengthen its flavour in a medium end.
The Rosum Joven is a powerful, tasty, young and fresh red wine and it needs flavours on the same level. It will pair fine with meats, every meat from chicken to lamb and beef, cured cold meats, aged cheeses, and, mainly, powerful flavours. It is recommended to be served from 12 to 14ºC
